Sizing

We try to describe the sizing of our garments as accurately as possible. If you have a question about the sizing of a particular garment email us at info@crookedlid.com.

Returns

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and items with significant factory defects are accepted for exchange within 14 days from when shipment is received. We require that customers notify info@crookedlid.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receiving. Items must be in as-new condition. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to process once we receive the exchange back at our warehouse. You will receive an email when we have issued a refund to your account. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs incurred while sending merchandise back to our warehouse for exchange.

Product Availability

Although availability may be indicated on danielaandrade.com, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. In the event that a product you ordered becomes unavailable and will not be restocked, we will notify you immediately by email and we will not bill you for items that are not shipped. In the event that a product will be significantly delayed in delivery, we will contact you before processing your order.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders will ship on or before date marked on respective product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in stock items, everything will ship together when the preorder becomes available. If you wish to receive a partial shipment so that you can receive the in-stock item(s) sooner, please email us at info@crookedlid.com.
